Arjeta “Ari” Urovi is the owner and stylist of Hair with Flair Studio in Fort Lauderdale, where European artistry meets modern hair design. With over 25 years of experience, she specializes in gray coverage, dimensional color, and low-maintenance styles in a calm, one-on-one setting designed for women to relax, recharge, and feel beautiful.
Hi, I’m Ari!
Originally from the beautiful country of Albania, known for its warm hospitality, breathtaking Adriatic coastline, and deep-rooted traditions of family and connection. Those same values are at the heart of everything I do.
I’m a wife and a proud mom of twin boys.
If you know me, you know they’re my world and often the stars of my daily conversations. As a family of water signs, living in Fort Lauderdale feels like home, we never feel like fish out of water!
When I’m not behind the chair, you might find me volunteering at my kids’ school, working on the behind-the-scenes parts of my business (the “not-so-fun” stuff), or browsing HomeGoods looking for new décor for my home or salon.
Weekends are my favorite family time. I love relaxing by the pool, cooking a good dinner, or planning fun little adventures with my boys.
I’ve been in the hair industry for over 25 years,
12 of those owning my own salon in Albania, and the last 13 serving my amazing clients here in Fort Lauderdale.
Becoming a hairstylist wasn’t my original plan, I was drawn to languages and psychology, but once I started working behind the chair, I realized this career beautifully blends both. Every appointment gives me the chance to connect, listen, and help someone feel like their most confident, authentic self.
